Perfect for children, beginner lessons or starting youngsters, anytime extra safety is needed so that the riders foot cannot go through the stirrup and get caught. Nice wide foot rest for comfort and hangers turned 90 degrees for perfect positioning - this also makes it easier for the rider to take up the stirrups. We keep a set of these on hand at our farm for all the above purposes. Standard 4.5" wide inner foot bed.
